5K-- no whining (out loud)

yesterday the princess and i did the susan g. komen walk with some friends.   i did the whole thing pushing her stroller.  good stuff.  i can honestly say that i left the event without the desire to say "next year i am running this".  i have no interest in running whatsoever.  

my restriction is gone, baby, gone.  fortunately, i have an appointment tomorrow.  at first i was leary about getting too much restriction before our cruise...but now i WANT it.  i am sick of the self control dieting i have been doing this week.

here is a picture of us at the end of the walk yesterday.  size 2x shirt.  roomy.  did not have to do the "put my elbows in and stretch it out until the seam snaps" technique when i put it on!  i also want to point out to all you northerners.... the blue sky.  gentle breeze on the intercoastal.  my daughter in an undershirt and short skirt.    enjoy!

we are supposed to go to the dog park today but it is one of those days where the sky can't decide if it is going to rain or not.   unfortunately, i think that cold front i am teasing you about above is on its way here.  not fair.  this is florida.  damn it.
