the babbling bandster had me thinking about "how i got here" today...
here i am at my heaviest...373 pounds... 4 1/2 years ago....
right before major weight watchers attempt in 2006
after a liquid diet in 2007
and here i am "skinny" in 1993 -- just around 200 pounds. and i let it slip away..... i wish i knew then what i knew now.... and to think i was hiding from the camera in this picture. ugh....
